 uan Rosario, president/owner of Juan’s Plumbing, Inc. has been a service technician for 30 years, also spent 10 years teaching plumbing at the votech here in Lee County Florida then started JPI over 8 years ago. Juan currently is serving his second term on the City of Cape Coral License/Regulatory Board and is very involved in community awareness and codes.
